Terms of Use

By using the LIVLINK app and website (the “Service”) or posting a listing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LIVLINK is a free platform that lets shop owners and delivery riders post listings and contact each other directly. We are only a technical display intermediary: we are not a party to any agreement, delivery or payment between users, we do not employ riders, and we do not guarantee the quality of their services.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post; the phone number must be yours or one you are allowed to use.
You understand that the listing and its data (name, phone, city, neighborhood, and location if you provide it) are public.
You agree on price, delivery and payment directly with the other party. We advise verifying the other party’s identity before handing over goods or money.

3. Prohibited content

False, misleading or fraudulent listings, or repeated listings meant to annoy (spam).
Posting another person’s phone number or personal data without permission.
Transporting or selling items prohibited by law, or any activity that breaks Moroccan law.
Abusive, racist, violent or sexual content, and harassment of users.
Attempting to hack or manipulate the Service, scraping user data automatically, or filing false reports.

4. Moderation and removal

Any user can report a listing from within the Service. We may remove any listing that violates these terms or receives several reports, and block violators, without prior notice. Listings are deleted automatically after 7 days.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between users, inaccurate information in listings, or unavailability of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, logo and source code are protected by copyright. Copying or reusing them without the developer’s written permission is prohibited.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new version.

8. Governing law and contact
